Please read carefully...

After you have chosen your desired tent package, you are accepting full legal liability and are responsible for any damages or loss of equipment when hiring from Quirkytents within your prearranged hiring date.

It is your responsibility for knowledge of any underground services when the tents are erected.

It is your responsibility to return all hired equipment in its arrived state. Damages or extra cleaning to the tents will be deducted from the refundable deposit paid. 

Any damages which exceed greater than the deposit paid, will be invoiced to the hiring party as these tents are not cheap.

No Pets are allowed 

No cooking in or near the Bell tents

No Smoking in or near the Bell tents

No camp fires are allowed inside or near the tents as they are flammable.

Please remove footwear when entering the tents and keep all hired equipment inside the Bell tents.

We ask that you respect all equipment hired and enjoy your event.

By Hiring tents from Quirkytents you are agreeing to the above terms and conditions.

Delivery & Deposits

We deliver to your required location and set up, Delivery charge is £1 per mile from (EX227LR)

We ask for a deposit separate from the hire totalof £50 deposit per tent before delivery to reserve your tents for the special event,

£250 for the Stretch tent, the deposits will be returned to you after in full, providing the tents haven't been damaged.
